We hope that all Balance of State communities had a successful Point-in-Time Count! The forms to report your numbers are due to NCCEH by 5 pm on Wednesday, February 3.
What needs to be turned in?
- A Sheltered Count Form for each agency that provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, or permanent supportive housing
- An Unsheltered Reporting Form for your community’s unsheltered (street) count
- Optional: a Housed & At-Risk of Homelessness Count & Reporting Form IF your community counted precariously housed and imminently homeless populations
